Oak Crest's Clubs & Activities

Broken Arrow Public Schools continually focuses on providing students with educational opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom. Research shows that school connectedness is one of the most influential factors for success in our students, and it is important for us to create an environment in which every student has a niche.

Membership in the following clubs or activities are voluntary and do not affect classroom grades.

Kids for Christ

This club is provided by First Baptist Church one day a week before school.

Reading Club

Oak Crest Reads is for students of all grades.

Robotics Club/ Botball

Sponsor:  Kourtney Pierce

Robotics Club/Botball is open to 5^th grade students. This is a competitive robotic club.

Running Club

Sponsor: Robin Provencher

All students may participate during their recess. Awards are given to most miles ran.

Safety Patrol

Sponsor:  Brianne Mobley

Safety patrol is offered to our 5^th grade students. Students must apply for safety patrol as there are time requirements.

STEAM Club

Sponsor:  Brandi Alltizer, Art Teacher

STEAM Club is open to students in 2^nd and 3^rd grades.

Tiger Tunes Choir

Sponsor: Annelise Farmen, Music Teacher

Tiger Tunes is open to 5^th grade students that want to participate in choir.
