Parent Library:
In the media center we have a small library of various parenting books, audiotapes and videotapes available for you to check out through our media center.
Doctors/Psychologists:
Doctors and psychologists often want teacher input with diagnosis of childhood disorders. If a doctor or psychologist sends a checklist for the teachers to complete, or wants a copy of the student’s records, you need to see the counselor to sign a release. This is because you are asking Broken Arrow Public Schools (the teacher) to give information to a third party about your child. It is district policy that all such information is mailed or faxed directly to the doctor or psychologist.
