Retrieving paystub information
Broken Arrow Public Schools (BAPS) employees will use the following link to access paystub information, leave balances, and other employee related information. This link is also under the "Quick Links" area.
If you have lost or can’t remember username or password please click here.
Please include full name, site, and email address for an immediate response and sign in credentials. If you do not access the district email, please include a personal email address or leave your phone number for contact.
Please contact the payroll coordinators at 918-259-5714 for questions regarding information on your paystub.

Add or change Direct Deposit
Please click here for BAPS Direct Deposit form. This form will need to be sent to the human resources department at the Education Service Center.
Update name, address, or phone number
Please fill out the following form to update address/phone number information on the "My Info" page in the paperless payroll system. This form needs to be sent Carrie Leonard, human resources department.
