We value the expertise of our maintenance staff and the important contributions they give to the success of the organization. Building Maintenance is committed to provide quality customer service in building maintenance and services for a safe and quality educational environment for our campus community. Building Maintenance is responsible for maintaining approximately 3,089,037 square feet of district facilities.
The building trades are dedicated to maintain the campus at its highest standard. Building Trades include:
- Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Techs
- Locksmiths
- Carpenter
- Low Voltage Technicians
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Painters
- General Maintenance Workers
In addition to the daily work order requests for routine, non-routine and emergency maintenance services, building maintenance utilizes a computer based preventive maintenance program (PM). Preventative maintenance is proactive maintenance, facilities preservation, and renovation of facilities. Maintenance encourages the campus community to use our automated work request web site for submitting work requests.
