2023 Oklahoma spring testing results

If you have a current student in grades 4-9, paper reports showcasing your student's performance on the spring 2023 Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) Test will be available for you to pick up at Parent/Teacher Conferences in October. If you do not attend your child’s conference, the report will be sent home with your child on October 27. Students in grade 12 can pick up their reports in their assigned alphabetical office on or after October 27. These reports will help you identify how your student performed in each academic area and where they may need additional support.

The last page of the report includes several websites that are great resources to help guide families through interpreting test scores. I encourage you to visit these websites to gain a better understanding of what is expected of students at each grade level.

As you may remember, there were some exciting new changes for the OSTP Parent Portal last year. A single parent account can be associated with more than one student and a single student can be associated with up to three (3) parent accounts. All parents will need to create a new account in the portal, if you haven’t logged in since July 1, 2022.

To create an account, you will need the student's state test (STN) number which can be found on the front page of the OSTP paper report.

In the portal, you will find the same information provided on the paper report, including previous years’ performance scores, which will allow you to view and track your student’s academic growth. The following video is made available to assist families with navigating the Parent Portal and show you how to view your student’s academic growth.

You can also find your student’s STN through your student’s Infinite Campus Student Portal. The Username and Password are the same that students use to log into their Chromebook each day: student's grad year/first name/last name (e.g. 24robertsmith) and the password is their 6-digit student ID for BAPS.

If you have any further questions, please reach out to your school counselor.
