BAPS Foundation to host 4th annual BBQ & Bingo fundraiser June 8
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation is excited to present its 4th annual BBQ & Bingo fundraiser on Saturday, June 8, at The Property Event Center. Enjoy an evening of food, entertainment and celebration of our school community with dinner, drinks, raffles, live auction items, and, of course, bingo with prizes!
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, June 8
- Location: The Property Event Center
- Attire: Date night casual
- Age: 21 and older
- Schedule:
- Dinner: 6 p.m. (provided by Rib Crib, dessert by Cherry & Bark ice cream)
- Live auction: 9:30 p.m.
- Entertainment includes music, games and a live painting for the auction
Supporting Our Schools: BBQ & Bingo is a key fundraiser and a chance to thank our sponsors. The BAPS Foundation has been supporting our schools since 1992, providing over $25,000 in classroom grants in 2023 alone. Highlights include:
- Books for 1,400 second graders
- A full day at J.A. BizTown for every fifth grader
- Sponsorship of Project Graduation for 1,400 seniors
- Star Awards for 32 Site Teachers of the Year
- New monetary awards for Beyond & Above candidates starting in 2024
